We map how the work really runs and where it really breaks before we design anything. The system gets built around your work, not bolted onto it.
For anything hard or unproven, we spike it first: a small thing that proves the core risk is solvable. No long build on an unproven assumption.
The interface, the documentation, the spec sheet: all of it ships finished. A tool that's hard to use is unfinished, no matter how clever the engine.
Not resold, not white-labeled, not handed to your competitor next quarter. Custom to your workflow and exclusive to you.
Documentation is a deliverable. The thing we hand you is the thing that keeps working, and that you, or whoever comes after us, can actually maintain.

A good fit

Not a fit
The cheapest option in the bid stack. Race-to-the-bottom RFPs. "Just make it like the competitor's, but cheaper." We're opinionated on purpose.
Subdivisions
The discipline travels; the build is always specific to you. When we go deep enough in an industry, we build the product ourselves. Vantage (camera-free building sensing) and Your Medical Records (a health record you actually own) are two subdivisions that came out of the practice.
